Intense and complex, refined and remarkably elegant, the varietal's unmistakable notes, such as broom flowers, exotic fruit, and candied citrus, stand out; the underlying aroma is a distinct fragrance resulting from the long aging on the lees. Remarkably fine and persistent perlage. Intense straw yellow tending towards golden. A savory-acidic note pervades the entire sip, enhanced by the light pungency of the bubbles balanced by a certain softness.
