Temperature-controlled must fermentation, traditional maceration for 15-20 days, with periodic delestage and pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques in a climate-controlled environment. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. The intense bouquet of morello cherry and plum blends with spicy notes and balsamic aromas. Deep red in color with garnet hues. On the palate, it is velvety, full-bodied, and harmonious, a wine that captivates with its elegance and persistence.
