An Amarone, made with 70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, and 15% Rondinella grapes, which embodies the company's philosophy, expressing a balance between elegance and structure. The grapes are dried until December-January in the drying room, then aged in 50-hl Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months and in bottle for 6-8 months. Great intensity and persistence, with ethereal, fruity aromas of black cherries in alcohol and dried plums, floral notes of dried flowers, and spicy notes.
