Our company, certified organic since 2018, is driven by four elements: sustainable production, safety in ensuring the supply chain, health in respect of the consumer, and moderation that distances itself from excess. Refined aromas that open with notes of plum and black cherry; spicy secondary aromas. Intense, impenetrable ruby red color. With excellent structure and persistence, just the right amount of tannins, it expresses its toasted notes on the palate.
