Aged for approximately 8 months in barrel, at least 4 months in bottle. In Castelnuovo dell’Abate, in the far southeast of Montalcino, lies a corner of land that has long remained unnoticed. A remarkable intensity, reminiscent of ripe cherries paired with blueberry jam. An opulent entry, smooth with sweet tannins that complement the depth and savory character typical of the grape variety and its native soils.
